Hoya carmelae has tiny leaves that are slightly pubescent (fuzzy). They have compact growth and like to be cool and will sunstress a bronze color in high light. It originates from Luzon, Province of Isabela, Municipality of Maconacon, Brgy. Reina Mercedes, Mt. Pinatubo, Philippines. It was discovered by Ulysses Ferreras in 2010.

Listed below are my current growing conditions for this plant as a guide for you. Care can vary widely so please don't take what I do as the only way your plant will thrive -
🪴 Light: About 12 inches from the top of the plant to a single Barrina T5 grow light 14 hrs/day
🪴 Temperature: 70-75°F
🪴 Humidity: 60-65%
🪴Fertilizer: I fertilize for three weeks with Tezula Plants K-Lite Formula and then take a week off and use plain water
