In my limited research, it seems like this has a questionable past and is probably neither a species nor a true cultivator because it hasn't been published that I know of. What I can tell you is that is they have carnosa blooms and each new leaf can range from little splash to very splashy.
Since they have at least some carnosa in them, they are very easy to grow.
They enjoy:
• watering when the top two inches are dried out • bright light (no direct afternoon sun) • Aroid soil mix • 40-60% humidity to help it grow the fastest and produce more leaves
