Hoya gunung gading 'Ghost' (Silver) | 2-Inch

The regular, non-silver version of Hoya gunung gading is a species first found in Gunung Gading National Park in Sarawak, on Borneo Island, Malaysia. It is in the finlaysonii complex and has rigid leaves with prominent veins and it is easy to sunstress. 

This is one of my very favorite hoyas because it gets sunstressed in the pink-red-purple range and is then covered in silver splash. It really is special and I find it easy to grow.

Care

Listed below are my current growing conditions for this plant as a guide for you. Care can vary widely so please don't take what I do as the only way your plant will thrive - 

🪴 Light: About 8 inches from the top of the plant to double Barrina T5 grow lights 14 hrs/day

🪴 Temperature: 85°F

🪴 Humidity: 70-75%

🪴Fertilizer: I fertilize for three weeks with Tezula Plants K-Lite Formula and then take a week off and use plain water
