I can't any information about the origins of Hoya borneo (Small Leaf). This is a label it was sold to me so that's how I am selling it. I can tell you it has beautiful, small leaves that turn almost round in high light and it sunstresses a beautiful red and it sometimes splashes and gets a dark red margin.
