Hoya decipulae (Outer Variegated/Albo) has green on green variegation that is more pronounced in higher light. It slowly fades to solid green leaves as the leaves mature.
It is a thin-leaf species from West Lampung, Sumatra, Indonesia, and is mostly known for its very unique flowers that resemble tiny whisks. Like many thin-leaf hoyas, it has flowered very easily for me.
