Hoya decipulae (Outer Variegated/Albo) green on green variegation comes in for a week or two on emerging leaves if they are close enough to the light. Most of the time, these new starts aren't close enough to the light for the variegation to show yet.
After a week or two, the variegation fades as those leaves mature, and then new leaves grow with variegation. Since they have thin leaves, they grow quickly, and there is almost always one set of leaves with variegation.
It is a thin-leaf species from West Lampung, Sumatra, Indonesia, and is mostly known for its very unique flowers that resemble tiny whisks. Like many thin-leaf hoyas, it has flowered very easily for me.
