I cannot find a sold origin for this nor do I know for sure if it is a cultivar, but I do know that its flowers are carnosa and the leaves are solid silver and very stable.

They enjoy:
• watering when the top two inches are dried out
• bright light (no direct afternoon sun)
• Aroid soil mix
• 40-60% humidity to help it grow the fastest and produce more leaves
